Quitting Smoking — Tips to never Giving up
Sometimes the first trial to give up smoking similar successfully, but actually this is the rare case. The case is that the first trial to give up smoking is the beginning of a long road of struggle, till finding some suitable way that allows you to quit smoking.
When you try for your first time to give up smoking, and you fail because of any reason, you accept this because we all believe that there are very few esco bar lucky people who makes it from the first time. Then you set up a second trial, but when it fails too, you feel a little bit regretful… But you still can set up a third trial! And when it fails too, you start feeling that there needs to be something wrong, and you try to analyze what’s happening, to succeed next time, you set up a forth trial, but when you fail once more, you feel so bad, and realize one truth that you can’t overcome your cravings to smoking.
What makes this mess happen is the advice that smokers get from websites, books or even others’ experiences, like those who tell you to give up smoking by reducing all the means of smoking from your house, or those who tell you to create a punishment to yourself for smoking, and a reward for not smoking, or others who completely miss the purpose by saying that you can try the electronic cigarettes or which can be patches.
Even if these guidelines worked with some people, it’s not because these guidelines are amazing or that they get to the point, of course not, because the real reason is that these people really wanted to quit smoking, and they was adamant to make this happen, not because they listened to some advice or that someone of their friends or family wanted them to do so.
Sometimes it begins with some people by feeling that they smoke too much, and that they’re not feeling good while doing this, so they really decide to cut down the number of tobacco they smoke daily, chances are they reach a straight that they feel safe with, when they reach this state they try wondering: Can i reduce that number another time, if they can’t chances are they try being employed to the level they’re in. After a few weeks, they try wondering the same question again, if the answer this time was a yes, chances are they start reducing then reducing, till they kick smoking out of their lives forever.
My last advice to you is this: Never give a punishment yourself for smoking, deal with it like any other things happen from your hands like having a messy hair or breaking your leg, because it’s not the right thing to do when you suddenly need to smoke, so you smoke, then while smoking you keep thinking of how you’re going to give a punishment yourself, that will make it worse, but when you can manage it easily with yourself, you will successfully reduce the amount of tobacco gradually, till you end the smoking habit, and even if you couldn’t end it, you know you’re a few steps away from doing that.More Details
